Ntang is a co-founder and the executive Secretary of Unity Foundation Cameroon (UFC), board member of the Vocational Centre for International Development (VCID) and Founding member of Guzzang.com; a digital platform that integrates services to make life easier, cheaper, richer and happier for millions of people across Africa. He is a Youth Envoy for Peace and Democracy certified by the Cameroon Ministry of Youth Affairs in collaboration with the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), USA and the Network for Solidarity, Empowerment and Transformation for All (NewSETA), in 2016. Ntang is a Covid-19 Ambassador for the Mohammed Bin Rashid University Community ImmunityProgram 2020. He has worked as volunteer with many local and international organizations since 2011 such the African Network against Illiteracy, Conflicts and Human Rights Abuse (ANICHRA) to promote social cohesion, peaceful co-existence, social inclusionthrough conflict prevention and resolution, and election monitoringin Cameroon. As Field Coordinator for ANICHRA’s democracy program in Cameroon, he coordinated the election observation team in the 2013 Legislative and Municipal Elections in the YaoundéVI Subdivision. He promotes community and youth development through his voluntary services offered as consultant with the BoyoStudents’ Association (BOSTAS)duringannual career orientation programsin secondary schools in Boyo Division, NWR-Cameroon,Secretary GeneralofBum Development Union (BDU), and theBum Youths Cultural and Development Association (BYCUDA) Boyo Division, NWR, Cameroon since 2013. His core skills revolve around Conflict prevention and resolution, social inclusion and cohesion, development advocacy, youth mentoring, project design, supervision and reporting.
Ntang holds aBA in History of International Relations(University of Yaoundé I)and a Vocational Qualification Diploma (VQD) in Hotel Management and Catering Business. He is currently studying an MA in Peace Studies and Humanitarian Action at Heritage Higher Institute of Peace and Development Studies (HEHIPEDS), Yaoundé, Cameroon. He is a motivated and passion-driven social change leader with special focus on building peaceful and inclusive communities
